Elizabeth’s journey into wedding planning began in 2016, when she discovered her passion organizing fundraising events for nonprofit organizations. From the very beginning, she was drawn to the details, the flow, and the ability to bring meaningful moments to life.
She later joined a prominent wedding planner in South Miami, where she gained hands-on experience planning and coordinating luxury weddings with large-scale productions — developing her expertise in design, logistics, vendor management, and seamless execution.
But it wasn’t until planning her own wedding that everything clicked. Elizabeth realized that what couples need most isn’t just someone to execute their vision — it’s someone to help them build it, refine it, and bring it to life from the very first conversation.
That realization became We Do Too Planning.
Today, Elizabeth and her team offer full-service wedding planning for couples across South Florida — pairing creative vision with meticulous organization so every wedding is as beautiful behind the scenes as it is in front of the camera.

PLANNING & SERVICES
What does full-service wedding planning include?
Full-service planning means we’re with you from the very beginning — helping you develop your vision, find your venue, source and negotiate with vendors, manage your budget, and execute every detail on your wedding day. You’re involved in every decision; we handle everything in between.
What’s the difference between full planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination?
Full planning is a start-to-finish partnership where we build your wedding alongside you from day one. Partial planning steps in 6 months out to guide the details you haven’t locked in yet. Day-of coordination is for couples who have planned everything themselves and need a professional to execute it seamlessly on the day. We offer all three.
Do you handle design and aesthetics, or just logistics?
Both. We help you develop a cohesive visual direction for your wedding — from color palette to florals to table settings — and then make sure every vendor delivers on that vision.
Do you work with any wedding size or budget?
Yes. We work with couples across a range of budgets and guest counts. During our first call we’ll learn about your vision and make sure we’re the right fit for what you have in mind.
VENDORS & LOGISTICS
Do you have preferred vendors?
Yes — we have trusted relationships with photographers, florists, caterers, DJs, and more across South Florida. We’ll recommend vendors who fit your style and budget, and we negotiate on your behalf.
Can I use vendors I’ve already found?
Absolutely. If you have vendors you love, we’re happy to work with them. We’ll handle all communication and coordination regardless of who’s on your team.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
That’s exactly what we’re there for. From a late vendor to a last-minute change, we handle it quickly and quietly — before you know it happened. We come prepared with an emergency kit and contingency plans baked into every timeline.
TIMELINE & PROCESS
When should I book a wedding planner?
The earlier the better — ideally 12 to 18 months before your wedding date. Popular venues and vendors book up fast, and having a planner early means you’ll have expert guidance from the very first decision.
When does partial planning begin?
Partial planning kicks in 6 months before your wedding. It’s designed for couples who have a foundation in place but want expert support to pull everything together and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Will you be at the rehearsal and on the wedding day?
Yes to both. Rehearsal attendance is included in all our packages. On your wedding day we’re on-site from setup through the reception, running every detail so you don’t have to.
How do you handle communication throughout the planning process?
You’ll have direct access to Elizabeth throughout your entire planning journey. We use a combination of regular check-in calls, a shared planning timeline, and ongoing messaging so you always know where things stand.
BOOKING & AVAILABILITY
How far in advance do you book up?
We typically book 12 or more months in advance, especially for peak season dates from October through May. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to hold your date. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do everything possible to accommodate the new date. Full terms are outlined clearly in your contract.
Limited availability
We only take on a limited number of weddings each year — so every couple gets our full attention.
